Sample Translation Pool

Foreign translators, theaters, and publishers may apply for support to finance sample translations of Danish literature.

You can apply for a maximum of 6.000 Danish kroner, unless you apply for translation of a play, then you may apply for the full sum of the translation cost.

Applications are to be submitted on a form that may be obtained here:

There is no application deadline, and applications will be processed by the Danish Arts Council’s Committee for Literature at the first opportunity after the application is received.
